Introduction 📖

Technical knowledge base contains information and documentation for assessors to help with their certification work.


Access Permissions 📳

Only fully qualified assessors gain permissions to access this knowledge base.

The platform is integrated into our technical service desk. This means you gain access to both systems at the same time, and as soon as you’re your credentials have been added to our internal systems.

The process will trigger an invitation email which you should receive promptly. Once you access the portal, you’ll be able to create a password and login to the system.


Service Desk Portal

Please follow the above link to the service desk portal, where you can access our knowledge bases. You must then login to the platform in order to view the Technical knowledge base. Users with no login access may only view Customer FAQ articles.

Note

Forgotten Password/Access Lost (error)

In case you’ve forgotten your password and lost access to the portal, please follow the same steps above, and during the login page, after typing in your email address, select forgotten password. This will trigger a password recovery email.

In order to view information for assessors, you must access the Technical Team Service Desk
