CE Knowledge Hub Refined https://iasme.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CKHR
This is the backend space where the content is stored. The excerpts on these pages are used to build the pages in the live space.
Site content is stored in Cyber Essentials CE Knowledge Hub Refined (CKHR) Confluence space and placed in Cyber Essentials Knowledge Hub (CEKH) using Confluence ‘excerpt’ and ‘excerpt include’. This includes controlled documents, boilerplate text, and images.
Excerpts
Using /excerpt and /excerptInclude, text can be copied content from one page to another. This provides a useful mechanism for copying controlled documents to the Refined pages and ensuring that the text on the Refined pages remains consistent. can be displayed on another. Any changes made to Master documents the excerpt content will be automatically propagated to the Refined public pages. It also means that boilerplate text can be replicated across all relevant pages.
Excerpts also work for images, with one drawback : when links are embedded in images, these are restricted to the link given in the source image. Therefore images used for navigation cannot be create using excerpts and must be inserted manually and any links provided on the navigation page. Only where an image does not contain a link, or the image is only used for a single link specified in the excerpt source, can this method be used.

Creating Pages
For each page displayed by Refined, there will be a page in the Cyber Essentials Knowledge Hub (CEKH) space and a page in the Cyber Essentials (IGSCKHR) space. The CEKH page is created from a template and the content is provided by the IGS CKHR page. The template provides a way of creating a standard page layout for each type of page. Templates are stored in the CEKH space and are prefixed with TMPL. They can be viewed and edited via Space settings>Look and feel>Templates.

Controlled pages have Page Property tables, and QMS area has Page Property Control Macros which work off labels. Any page with the specified labels and CE label will be listed by the macro under the document control registers. The system filters out any page with DRAFT at the start of the title.Donna will add the document number once the page has been approved.
Do not remove the document control labels from MASTER versions or macros will not retrieve pages.
Add comment to page at Donna saying ‘ready to be approved’. Document number will be added to page properties table.
The labels ‘ce’ and ‘guide’ should be added to the page in order for them to appear in the document control system.
There are two categories of review period for the Knowledge Hub articles. These are annual (for the majority of documents) and bi-weekly (for the end of life OS Support pages, which require frequent updates to remain accurate). Specify the approval dates etc in the PageProperties control and add either the Annual or Bi-weekly period in the Review and Consultation field.
